Child Sexual Abuse Material Policy

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Policy

At Regalust , we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any material that sexualizes, sexually exploits, or endangers children. We are deeply committed to fighting the spread of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform and will take immediate action if we find or are made aware of such content.

Prohibited Content

Any content that features or depicts a child (real, fictional, or animated), or promotes child sexual exploitation or abuse, is strictly prohibited on Regalust Network of Sites. This includes, but is not limited to, media, text, illustrations, or computer-generated images. Written content such as comments, content titles, descriptions, messages, usernames, or profile descriptions that reference or allude to the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child is also banned.

For the purposes of this policy, a child is defined as any person under the age of eighteen (18).

Reporting CSAM

Regalust Network of Sites takes its responsibility seriously to ensure our platform is not used for sharing or consuming CSAM. We actively monitor our platform, and any suspected CSAM is reported to the appropriate authorities. If you encounter any CSAM on our platform, please report it to us via our Content Removal Request Form.

We also report all cases of suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), which operates a centralized clearinghouse for reporting online sexual exploitation of children. NCMEC then shares these reports with law enforcement agencies globally to ensure swift action is taken.

Our Commitment to Global Collaboration

We support the Voluntary Principles to Counter Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, a collaborative initiative launched by the Five Country Ministerial (5 Eyes) countries. This initiative, supported by leading tech companies, aims to combat online child sexual exploitation and abuse. We believe that robust policies, along with global cooperation, are crucial in eradicating online abuse.
