Rega Lust is not the producer (whether primary or secondary as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any of the content displayed on Regalust Network Of Sites. Our activities in relation to such content are strictly limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and/or formatting of depictions uploaded by third-party users, in areas of the Regalust Network Of Sites under the control of the respective users.

Directing § 2257 Requests

All requests regarding § 2257 records for any content on Regalust Network Of Sites should be directed to the respective uploader, amateur, producer, studio, or account holder of that content (“Verified Uploaders”). Verification and Compliance Procedures

Rega Lust enforces the following strict compliance procedures with respect to uploaded content on Regalust Network Of Sites.

  • Age Verification:
    All Verified Uploaders must be over eighteen (18) years of age (or meet the age requirements of their respective State, jurisdiction, or Country, if higher than 18) and must complete a verification process at the time of account activation before being permitted to upload, share, or sell content on our platform.

  • Uploader Certification:
    Prior to uploading content, each Verified Uploader must provide evidence or certify that:

    • Every individual appearing in the uploaded content is over the age of 18 (or the minimal age required by their State, jurisdiction, or Country, if higher than 18).
    • All individuals featured in the content have freely consented to appear and agree to the upload of said content on Regalust Network Of Sites.
    • As the producer of the content, the Verified Uploader certifies compliance with all record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and agrees to furnish the appropriate documentation upon request.
    • The uploaded content does not violate Rega Lust’s Terms of Service or any related policies, including but not limited to our policies on Child Sexual Abuse Material and Non-Consensual Content.

By accessing and using Regalust Network Of Sites, you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18 and agree to these terms regarding content verification and record-keeping under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
